Tim Murphy: Staff Attorney, Northwest Justice Project
Tim is an attorney with the Northwest Justice Project (NJP). He primarily focuses on housing law and helping justice-involved individuals vacate criminal convictions and reduce legal financial obligations. Before joining NJP, Tim was a public defender for three years with the Vancouver Defenders.
Ben Moody: Attorney at Law and volunteer with Clark County Volunteer Lawyers Program's Housing Justice Project
Ben received his JD from the University of Washington in 2015. He then moved home to Vancouver and began working with the CCVLP and its Housing Justice Project in 2017, where he spearheaded the use of Orders of Limited Dissemination in Clark County to help tenants clear up their rental history. Ben currently serves as the attorney representative for Clark County on the advisory committee for Office of Civil Legal Aid and UW's study of representation in eviction defense cases.
Joseph Mintz: Attorney at Law and volunteer with Clark County Volunteer Lawyers Program's Housing Justice Project
Mr. Mintz focuses his practice in the areas of family law, tenant defense, and immigration. Mr. Mintz holds a bachelors’ degree in both business administration and accounting from Central Washington University. Mr. Mintz formed his own firm in April 2019 and is now a contract attorney with Reid Law in Vancouver Washington. He has had a passion for helping others since he was in grade school giving out free vegetables to the senior citizens with his grandfather. Mr. Mintz was most recently featured in the February hearsay article for his time dedicated to volunteering at the Clark County Volunteer Lawyers Program Housing Justice Project.
Quinn Posner: Attorney at Law, Posner Law Office, P.C.
Hon. David Gregerson: Sitting Clark County Superior Court
Born and raised in Vancouver, Judge Gregerson received his B.A. from Pepperdine University and his J.D. from Vanderbilt University. He was in private practice for 20 years before being elected to the Superior Court bench in August 2012.
